I have worked in the legal and financial services industries for 15 years and the fitness industry for 6 years. I’m an experienced coach, mentor, fitness instructor (specialised in pre and post-natal programming) and yoga teacher. I’m also a mum which is the most challenging yet most rewarding job I’ve known. I know first-hand the benefits that exercise and mindfulness practices have had on my own wellbeing and performance and I am driven to share the tools and techniques I’ve learnt with others. I have known too many people who have worked tirelessly to the point of burnout – including me - and yet still feel frustrated and unfulfilled. My goal is to help as many people as possible to feel better in themselves, to connect to their true purpose and to feel energised and empowered to share that with the world. I believe that we all have a unique offering and legacy to leave behind us and the sooner we can connect to that, the more opportunity we have to live our lives to their fullest potential.
I support my clients’ wellbeing through teaching and coaching. I empower my clients to carve out time for themselves within their busy lives and to put their self-care to the top of their priority list. I work with clients both individually and in small group settings which means that I can really tailor the experience and give my clients what they need because I truly believe that every individual’s needs are unique and there is no one size fits all. I am passionate about learning and I am always studying and continuing my professional development so that I can better serve my clients and growing community based on my expert knowledge and the most recent industry developments.
I regularly work with corporates and professional services firms to provide wellbeing services to their employees. I’ve personally worked for companies who are dedicated to supporting their employee’s wellbeing and some who put it to the bottom of the agenda, focussing more on face time and targets; the latter is a quick fix but the former really secures long term success.
