I have come to each session with a particular topic/ issue to discuss which seems tricky at first but is often well talked through and unwound. “I discovered Lisa's classes when I was around 8 weeks postpartum. My goal was to return to running, but I felt so weak from the pregnancy and birth. Lisa taught me to create more balance in my training, and build in strength and flexibility to get back to running, she also did a 1:1 consultation with some specific recovery work. I did her classes consistently for around 4 months and felt stronger than ever! 6 months postpartum, I am back to running 12km comfortably, and strength and flexibility is now integrated into my training. I love Lisa's classes so much, she has kept me motivated, focused and mindful throughout the recovery journey and I have learnt so much from her.
