The focus on corporate wellbeing and personal development has been increasing over recent years but especially since the COVID-19 pandemic when employers have been more aware than ever of the importance of supporting their employees mental and physical wellbeing and have not only enhanced their corporate wellbeing offerings but also invested more in the growth and development of their people as a significant contributor to overall wellbeing and productivity.
I have several years of experience working on corporate wellbeing programmes for large financial institutions and corporations. I passionately believe that when employers invest in the wellbeing of their employees they will see increases in productivity, performance, team working, morale and loyalty. Most significantly, workplaces that invest in supporting their people to thrive as unique individuals have a more collaborative, connected and curious workforce who are motivated to innovate and drive change.
I work with my corporate clients to deliver tailored packages of services from bespoke fitness, yoga and mindfulness workshops to individual and group coaching sessions, masterclasses and development programmes.
