Classes are all levels, I provide low and high impact options and modifications and I encourage my class participants to work intuitively, in alignment with their physical and mental needs in the moment.
9.30am – Full Body Blast (25)
a short 25 minute workout comprising cardio and strength moves in a HIIT style circuit, designed to invigorate the entire body and energise you for the week ahead.
Monday.
10am – Total Body Tabata (25)
a short Tabata style circuit with short bursts of high energy cardio and strength moves that will propel you into the second half of your week by shaking up the entire body.
8.30pm – Slow Flow + Yin (60)
a mid-week check-in with your body and mind comprising pranayama (breathwork), slow and mindful vinyasa flow and longer held yin postures to create lightness of body and clarity of thought which will send you floating to bed and into the second half of the week.
Wednesday.
8am – Wake Up Flow (30)
a shorter, rejuvenating vinyasa flow class with a particular focus on the upper body; expect lots of heart opening poses with some confidence building twists and balances.
Thursday.
10am – HIIT + Stretch (40)
the perfect finisher for the end of the week; a 30 minute HIIT style full body workout followed by a 10 minute deep stretch session.
Friday.
10am – Energising Flow (45)
designed to kick start your weekend, expect a dynamic vinyasa flow with lots of core work and twists, firing up the belly with confidence and excitement for whatever your day has in store.
Saturday.
Sunday.
8am – Slow + Soulful Flow (45)
a deliciously slow start to Sunday, combining slow vinyasa flow with a sprinkling of yin. Expect lots of heart and hip openers to release and open the soul. An ending and a beginning to the week; a moment for reflection, setting new intentions and reconnecting you to your purpose.
